A creamy and satisfying strawberry protein shake that skips the banana for a refreshing and thick smoothie perfect for busy mornings or post-workout snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice, plus a splash if needed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add milk first to help the blades catch. Then add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
  2. Add protein powder and chia seeds.
  3. Top with frozen strawberries.
  4. Blend on low, then high until silky.
  5. Adjust consistency with milk or additional strawberries as needed.

Notes

For ultra creaminess, use whole milk or a creamy almond/oat milk. You can customize the shake to be dairy free or lower carb with simple swaps.
