Description

A deliciously sweet and salty treat combining pretzel sticks with a glossy caramel layer and drizzled chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sugars until combined into a glossy mixture.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract for enhanced flavor.
  4. Pour the caramel over the pretzel sticks arranged in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt over the top to taste.
  7. Allow to cool completely until set before breaking into pieces.
