Ingredients
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (30g, 1/3 cup)
1½ tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (7g)
1½ tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder (10g)
1 tablespoon Coconut Flour (7g)
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ cup + ½ Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (67ml)
1 Egg White (31ml)
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Creamy Peanut Butter (for topping)
Instructions
A rich peanut butter protein brownies with a soft, molten chocolate center and melted peanut butter swirls, served in a ramekin with fresh strawberries and nuts
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 1-cup ramekin.
2. Whisk together the dry ingredients: protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, and baking powder.
3. Stir almond milk, egg white, and vanilla extract into the dry mix until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired using stevia or preferred sweetener.
5. Pour the batter into the ramekin and swirl peanut butter on top.
6. Bake for 11–12 minutes until the top is set and center is slightly wobbly. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to keep it fudgy.
- Avoid overbaking; it will continue to set as it cools.
- Store cooled brownie in fridge up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
