Ingredients
2 large eggs
2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 scoops chocolate Equip protein powder
1 teaspoon stevia glycerite (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F or prep your microwave.
2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Divide batter into 2 greased mugs or ramekins.
4. Bake for 15–20 minutes OR microwave for 90 seconds.
5. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
