These Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Cookies are a simple, protein-packed treat made with natural ingredients.

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
- ½ cup raw honey
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Scoop dough using a 1.5 tbsp (#40) scoop and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Flatten cookies slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. They pair well with milk, coffee, or fresh fruit.
