Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 small frozen banana or 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla or white chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (added gradually)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped white chocolate or melted white chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional sweetener to taste (honey, maple, or liquid stevia)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except white chocolate to a blender.
  2. Start blending on low, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Gradually add almond milk until the mixture reaches a thick, smooth consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Add white chocolate for garnish as desired.
  6. Serve in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
