Description
Creamy, protein-rich cottage cheese chocolate mousse made with just four simple ingredients. A quick, delicious treat that’s low-effort and satisfying.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat
2–3 tbsp honey
1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2. Blend on high until mousse is completely smooth. If it looks grainy, keep blending.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if needed.
4. Chill in the fridge to thicken if desired.
5. Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best results.
- Drain excess liquid before blending.
- If mousse is runny, chill for at least an hour or stir in 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds.
