Description

Our simple coconut pineapple smoothie with coconut milk is a refreshing 3-ingredient tropical treat perfect for breakfast, snack, or post-workout.


Ingredients

Scale

3 cups pineapple ripe, chopped and frozen

½ cup coconut milk canned or boxed

1 ½ cup ice

Optional: 1 teaspoon agave syrup or maple syrup

Optional: 1-2 oz white rum to make it boozy

Optional: 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder

Optional: 2 teaspoons maca powder


Instructions

1. Cut the pineapple into chunks.

2. Add the liquid ingredients first to the blender.

3. Add the frozen pineapple, ice, and optional sweetener or protein.

4. Blend on high speed for 40 seconds or until smooth.

5. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.

6. Serve and enjoy frozen.
